We would like to inform that there will be a migration of our physical servers to a new facility within our Chicago Data Center.
Please note the details of the migration as below:

Start Date & Time : 8 March 2019, 20:00 CST (GMT -6)
End Date & Time : 9 March 2019, 08:00 CST (GMT -6)
We are expecting downtime during this time frame while our servers are being moved to the new location. We will have all hands on deck to ensure the migration is as smooth as possible for all customers. At the same time, we also highly recommend that customers ensure that all backups are kept up-to-date.
